I don't think you can tell me anything about "Sonic Generations" that I don't know already. Or not anything that I haven't felt already in the same exact way. With that said, if "Sonic Generations" is going to be the best that has ever been done in the franchise, then that is to be expected. What you won't find in "Sonic Generations" is a sequel to the "Sonic Adventure" saga, a remake of "Sonic Adventure", or a brand new one-off experience. Instead, the new Sonic games are going to be a throwback. A throwback to a time when we weren't trying to explain everything with fantastical creatures and beakers with the ability to store things in them. It's the game that I would have loved to have seen in the 3DS eShop. It's the game that Sega should have released way back when that would have made everybody's life better. "Sonic Generations" starts off with the first "Sonic" game of any kind in a long time. Since the last time I played it was when I was eight, I think I had forgotten a lot of the things I had once remembered. I'm sure I remember Sonic running, but I'm sure I also remember seeing SEGA in its more modern day form. Even back then, it was still weird to see it, but it didn't really change the experience that much. Still, I remember being pretty happy that I got to play this game on the Genesis, as that's my favorite system of all time. I remember Sonic being able to defeat Dr. Robotnik, as that is a big part of who the blue blur is. I remember being able to fight Eggman in his flying fortress, which is, of course, pretty cool. I remember seeing some of the more colorful places from the first "Sonic". Of course, the music is still
